Two units fit above the 5 cars on one side of the parking lot in front of this small retail outlet on Magazine Street. Placed to the side the design incorporates the new houses and the retail front in a common and unified design idea. The corner is left open to preserve the view of the store but the overall composition makes the parking much less intrusive on the street.
